Abstract

      The Crusades and their effects on modern and contemporary political life are among the important topics in oriental and historical studies because the effects of those wars are still continuing on our political, social, economic and cultural lives as well as on the military. To take two directions, the first of which is related to the extension of the time limit, so as to include the study of the events that preceded the eleventh century AD, and what followed the fall of Acre in the year (690 AH / 1291 AD) , which called it the late Crusades in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. In directing the Crusades, as for the Crusades between the East and the West, it turned out that the wars The Crusades are one of the stages of the long, bitter struggle between the East and the West, and we learned that the Crusades were not local or regional wars, but were, by today's standards, a global war. A crusade, so this term includes all the wars that took place between the two sides to this day. And we concluded that the modern and contemporary trend of the Crusades is that some historians specialized in the Crusades began to mention in their writings the issue that the Crusades did not end in the year (690 AH / 1291 AD) as is found in most of the writings that were written by writers and orientalists about the Crusades, but rather they are still continuing Evidence that there are some books that represented this trend in the study of the Crusades.
