Abstract

The importance of this study stems from the importance of the danger facing the world and the climate change that has sunk it  Emissions of greenhouse gases, represented by carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and chlorofluorocarbons, have increased in concentration in the atmosphere, causing many attacks and effects on advanced, vital, and plant systems and thus affecting Iraqi national security, especially since Iraq, according to United Nations reports, is considered ready. A country in the world affected by climate change, which exposes it to its main part, the water crisis and drought (agricultural lands and marshes and the accompanying migration of farmers, damage to fresh water, and pollution, just the salinity level of southern Iraq), in addition to dust storms that allow the temperature during the summer to reach 50 degrees. The autumn heat is part of the rain during the summer, which poses a real danger to people and their lives


This participation can work to raise internal affairs and conflicts or foreign affairs, especially water wars, if this is done to start from scratch and reach quick solutions by means of such as concluding agreements and treaties between the countries bordering the Tigris and Euphrates rivers and finding solutions to address water scarcity in Iraq and rationalize consumption. Effectively strategic use of modern irrigation water, such as following roads.
