Abstract

Identifying the presence of commitment to the system among kindergarten children.


The study aimed to identify the level of commitment to the system among kindergarten children. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher selected a research population consisting of (300) boys and girls from kindergartens in the Najaf Governorate Directorate. A measure of commitment to the system was constructed consisting of (30) items and alternatives were provided. The answer to it is (always, sometimes, often) and takes grades (3, 2, 1) respectively. The researcher adapted the items of the scale to suit the objectives of the current research, and after extracting the psychometric properties of the scale represented by validity and reliability, the final version of the scale was created and applied to the main sample. Which consisted of (300) kindergarten children, and after processing the data statistically, the researcher reached the following results:


The presence of commitment to the system among the kindergarten child, due to the continuous follow-up by the parents of their children, in addition to the programs and activities provided by the kindergarten that encourage adherence to the system.
