Abstract
The Dardanelles Campaign is considered one of the most important battles of the First World War 1914-1918, and perhaps one of the most important reasons for attacking the Ottoman Empire in its homeland, occupying the Ottoman capital Istanbul, which is located on the Bosphorus Strait and the Sea of Marmara, and cutting off communication between the Germans and the Ottomans, which may lead to the surrender of the Ottoman Empire.” And its early exit from the First World War, or at the very least the occupation of the Allied forces of the Straits region of strategic and vital importance in order to open the sea routes to military aid to Tsarist Russia.
