Abstract

 Islam is a religion of love, mercy, affection and equality between individuals in rights and duties. It respects even non-Muslims and preserves their rights, honor and property. Fanatics and extremists have  distorted these facts by issuing fatwas and legislations to fulfill their desires and whims, including what is related to captivity. On women without men, because they insult hearts, and it also falls on children, male and female. The women and children of the enemy in the battles and made them under the control of the victors, and when we read the surahs and verses of the Wise Remembrance, we notice that there is no verse in the Holy Qur’an that explicitly indicates, but it was inferred by the sayings of the interpreters, and considering the verse of Malak al-Yaman synonymous with captivity, which will be detailed in the second topic. May God bless him and grant him peace, merciful and sympathetic even to his enemies, as he used to be kind to them and release them.Directorate general of salahuddin education
