Abstract

    The study aimed to clarify the musical phenomena (counterpoint and alliteration) in the poetry of Abdullah Al-Shabrawi, Then explain the psychological purpose behind it in poetic texts, The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach by extracting and deducing the beauty points, Understanding its nature, causes and characteristics; To reach the desired goals, Through the phenomena of antithesis and alliteration, Al-Shabrawi was able to make the text more coherent, suggestive, and influential on the recipient; This is in his choice of homogeneous, not discordant words in the poetic text, Vocal music, embodied in counterpoint and alliteration, constitutes a prominent presence in the poetry of Abdullah Muhammad Al-Shabrawi; Because of its impact in determining the clear moral significance, and charging texts with great psychological charges
