Refuting the claim about the linguistic miracle in the book “The Organization of the Qur’an and the Book” by Youssef Al-Haddad

Abstract

This research deals with the book of Youssef Al-Haddad (The System of the Qur’an and the Book) in which he discussed the idea of the miracle in the Holy Qur’an, as he tried to prove that the miracle is in the meanings and not the words, using “a communicative mechanism, which is attribution, so placing the Qur’anic texts in the wrong place, or burdening them with what they cannot bear, in addition to deducing strange meanings and connotations from the texts of scholars out of ignorance or disregard” and attributing them in a way that proves and supports his opinion. He dealt with several issues.
