Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to highlight the creativity of the poetess in her poem "What Remains of the Joy of Our Lives" through a detailed study and artistic analysis of the poem، including its structure، vocabulary، and syntactical elements. Additionally، the analysis covers the visual and auditory levels، as well as the thematic content، which includes praise، lament، and invective. The poem is of great importance as it describes the struggle between truth and falsehood—the truth represented by the defense and support of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and falsehood represented by the people of disbelief and misguidance. Poetry has played a pivotal role in depicting this struggle، advocating for the Prophet and the Islamic call across time and space. Islam has always supported poetry that aims to honor and defend the Prophet and the religion، and it has never opposed such expressions، contrary to what some critics have claimed.
