Abstract

The current study seeks to identify the effectiveness of smart technologies as a design reference in the interior spaces of kindergartens. In order to achieve the objectives of the current research, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach through a sample of specialists amounting to (82) specialists. In order to collect the necessary data and information, a questionnaire was designed consisting of three basic areas that discuss the effectiveness of smart technology in designing the interior spaces of kindergartens. Its validity and stability were verified before its application. After application, the study reached the following:



  1. The use of technology in kindergarten spaces gives the child the desire to practice activities and works to develop his creative abilities.

  2. The use of technology in employing design elements as an educational tool through interactive floors and walls was consistent with children's desires to use electronic devices, but in an organized and positive manner to motivate them.

  3. The interior design elements of kindergarten spaces, including treatments for walls, ceilings and floors in terms of materials and methods, provided a safe and healthy environment for kindergarten spaces.

  4. Modern technology has enabled the interior designer to form a new language and a distinctive imprint in the field of interior design.
