Abstract
The political fragmentation in Andalusia during the Visigothic era contributed to the collapse of the family foundation due to the enslavement of members of society, their oppression through social injustice, and the imposition of heavy taxes. These methods also forced them to emigrate and leave their land in search of salvation. The beginnings of the conquest provided an opportunity to rebuild the family after the political stability that had prevailed in the country. The political system was keen to focus on this aspect, harnessing human capabilities to serve its objectives of positively engaging with all groups without marginalizing any of them.
