Abstract

The research aims to identify the growth mindset and analytical paralysis among state employees, as well as to identify the statistical correlation between them and according to the gender variable. The sample consisted of (238) male and female employees from the Department of Religious Education and Islamic Studies. The results showed that state employees have a growth mindset and have analytical paralysis at an average level, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant inverse correlation between the growth mindset and analytical paralysis, and there is no statistically significant difference in the relationship between the growth mindset and analytical paralysis according to the gender variable
