Main Article Content
Abstract
This study reveals the current state of public, community, and recreational services in the district, and analyzes the existing gap between what is available and what is aspired to by residents and the local government, based on field data and the results of a questionnaire conducted on a representative sample of the community. It also focuses on the main challenges facing the district after its establishment, while exploring future aspirations and opportunities for local development. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire consisting of 100 forms distributed among the residents of the district. The results showed a relative improvement in administrative identity and population representation, alongside the continued need to develop infrastructure, services, and employment opportunities. The study concluded with a set of recommendations that support sustainable spatial development.
