Abstract

He emphasized the need to research and determine the impact on practice, thus facilitating work on what was accomplished through group work from the sitting, and used the group experience to apply to the pre- and post-test, and to suit the nature of the problem, the research was created by a number of team members from the sitting, and they were selected and the intentionality was explained. The rehabilitation units included a set of exercises that focused on improving some elements of motor efficiency, the medicine ball pushing test from a seated position, the dynamic balance test from a seated position, and the coordination test (throwing and receiving the ball). In accordance with the players’ abilities, the exercises continued for (8) weeks with (3) training units per week, where pre- and post-tests were conducted to measure the level of motor efficiency. The results showed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests, in favor of the post-test, in all motor efficiency variables. This indicates the effectiveness of the proposed rehabilitation exercises in improving the motor performance of the players. The researchers concluded that the proposed rehabilitation exercises contribute positively to the development of motor efficiency among sitting volleyball players. They recommend the adoption of such exercises in the training and rehabilitation of players with motor disabilities, and the conduct of similar studies on different samples and categories.
