Abstract

Algeria'scontemporary history, especially after the independence phase, clearly reveals that there are sometimes severe political, economic, social and cultural crises, which are often the result of colonialism. There are new challenges facing the Arab-Islamic identity in most Maghreb countries. In terms of Francophonism, Barbarism, and Negroism. This means that the national unity and identity of each Maghreb country is threatened and to varying degrees. This leads to further weakness and regression, a threat to cultural security, not to mention other threats. "France recognized that the military occupation did not bear fruit in subjugating Algeria. In the Berber case, the only way to dismantle national unity and put the Berbers in confrontation with the Arabs after their integration into French and Christianity."


In the case of Algeria, for example, they followed the policy of integration and hence the policy of joint administration.
