The Relationship Between The Feeling Of Career Alienation And The Motivation To Achieve The Goal Of The Counselors

Abstract

 In an attempt to discover the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of The Feeling Of Career Alienation And The Motivation To Achieve The Goal Of The Counselors, The researcher in this study applied the objective measure of  The feeling Of Career Alienation , And the objective measure of motivation to achieve the goal on a sample of (232) Counselors in Muthanna province of the Republic of Iraq , The current study concludes with an overall result that confirms a very high level of feeling of Career Alienation , And a low level of motivation to achieve the goal, and motivation to achieve the goal, had an inverse correlation relationship with the feeling of alienation in Total and with its five dimensions.
