Abstract

Values ​​embody the standards or norms of the conscience and conscience of society or the nation, and they direct the behavior and identity of its members, groups, and identity. What we mean in this research are the aesthetic values ​​in the educational perspective, and how can they be extracted from an analytical experiment for models from artistic works of human rights?


This question called the researcher to research in the field of aesthetic values, as well as knowledge of the extent to which these artistic works in the field of human rights have affected the aesthetic and social level of the connoisseur community, and whether it was able to perform its human message from these questions the problem of research in the essence of aesthetic values ​​has arisen from The educational perspective of artistic models of human rights.


It defines the aim of the research to (the detection of aesthetic and educational values ​​in the artistic works of human rights), and the second chapter touches on theoretical concepts of converting the concept of aesthetic values ​​to contemporary, concepts of beauty (aesthetic education) and aesthetic thought. As for the third chapter, the descriptive approach is determined by the content analysis method, which includes expressive analytical applications for artistic works of a set of models in the field of human rights, according to an analysis form that includes a set of analytical paragraphs for aesthetic and educational values ​​(24) paragraphs, and three models for human rights work were analyzed, including a model on migration, expatriation and displacement, and the second model On deprivation and social injustice and the third model on the victims of war and occupation, and the fourth chapter included the conclusions, recommendations and proposals. The most important results that the researcher produced through the analysis were:


1- Aesthetic values ​​emerged, including unity, sovereignty and color harmony, as well as depicting the realistic scene in an artistic style due to the artist's style in a way that gave him his feeling and not just a simulation of an image.


2- The educational and social values, including freedom, justice, equality, honesty and human dignity, became unavailable in reality, but as a topic they became wishes within the figures drawn in the painting and express a bitter reality.


3- The aesthetic value lies in the artistic paintings by raising emotional feelings such as sadness, pain, anger, anxiety, disappointment and fear, and these feelings gave it high aesthetic values.
