Urban Administration and the Requirement of Spatial Development Of Kadhimiya City as the Case for Study

Abstract
The research deals with urban management and spatial development of the city of Kadhimya , Baghdad , it is a large city with a population of ( 521444), the research identified the problem of research and the question of the extent to which the city, administration achieved balance between the size of the community services cadastral and linear and about the relationship between planning thought and city management, is responsible for the activities dealt with by the population directly and continuously as well as multiple other questions have three research, AS the first topic dealt with the theoretical frame work what covered concepts public Urban management and general concepts the third topic the reality of administrative performance of the city of Kadhimya and set up a spatial development , the research concluded with the most important result of the lack of balance between planning thought and civil management because of the existence of a deficit in the institution of the city according to criterion of distance. The most important proposals one the development of community service through spatial and sustainable development and is inclusive of all sectors of the city and access a better spatial environment.
