Creative cooperation and its relationship to the quality of life of state employees

Abstract

     The aim of the research is to identify the creative cooperation and quality of life of state employees, and then to identify the relationship between creative cooperation and the quality of life of the same sample according to the variables of gender and social status. The sample consisted of (100) male and female employees of the Department of Religious Education and Islamic Studies. The results showed that the research community works with the two models of creative cooperation and quality of life based on their highest scores on the scales of creative cooperation and quality of life, and there were no statistically significant differences between creative cooperation and quality of life depending on the variables of gender and social status, and finally the results showed a positive correlation between the two variables.
