Land feuds and their impact on Islamic times

Abstract
The system of feudal lands in the Islamic eras is one of the important systems on which the state relied. Since the time of the Messenger (may God bless him and his family and grant them peace), the idea of feuding lands arose, and the purpose of it was to repair and build those lands, and it was also for the purpose of housing and settlement, especially the immigrants who migrated with the Messenger to Medina. The system of lands fiefdoms continued until the Rashidun, Umayyad and Abbasid eras, and the Caliphs’ approach was the Prophet’s approach in fiddling those lands to their beneficiaries in accordance with Islamic Sharia. Including social, which is the settlement and settlement of Muslims for those who do not have a home, which led to the strength of the Islamic market economy because of the abundant crops that these lands produce, as well as the elimination of poverty and famine, in addition to the settlement of Muslims who did not own land.
