The effect of a speedy force training program on the various correction level at Arab’s American University football players team

Abstract

        The research aims to design a training program for the force characterized by speed at the level of various correction on the goal for the players of the Arab American University team through Identifying the differences between the pre and post measurements in the strength and speed, Identifying the differences between the pre and post measurements in the level of various correction, Identifying the rate of change in the force characterized by speed and various correction on the goal. The researcher used the experimental method to be aware of the nature of this research through the experimental design of one group by the method of measurement (pre-post). The sample of the research was chosen in a deliberate way from the research sample was chosen by the deliberate method from the research community from football players under (20 years) represented by football players for the Arab American University team in Palestine, and the total sample size before conducting the basic experiment was (27) players. Some players were excluded from the basic research sample and their number (7) youngsters, including (3) for injury and (4) for their irregularity in the tribal measurements. Thus, the total sample size when conducting the basic experiment was (20) players, and (10) players from (the Al Quds University team) were selected as a non-Distinguished as well as (10) players from (An-Najah National University team) as a distinguished group and they are from the same research community and outside the basic research sample to conduct polling studies.
