Abstract

The middle-distance running competitions, including the 800-meter running competition, are part of the athletics competitions, and what was characterized by it was a great development in the level of achievement at the global level, especially what is characterized by the contestant of that event with some elements of physical fitness and energy systems to reach the physiological adaptation of the organic organs to perform and withstand effort during The race to achieve the best possible time, and since the 800 running competition is a mixture of aerobic and anaerobic capacity, the opinions of many training experts varied in determining the rate of development of these abilities within the training programs and the extent of their impact on the level of digital achievement, so the researchers believe that the contestant is exposed during the performance of these The effectiveness of the case of the anaerobic threshold, which the timing of its appearance varies between one rider and another depending on their functional and training status, and from this point of view lies the importance of the research in knowing the extent of the impact of these exercises (the threshold of ability) maximum and sub-maximal according to the target time in the special endurance and the achievement of running 800 meters, so the problem focused Research, by preparing exercises according to the threshold of maximum and less than maximum capacity (based on the target time of achievement) and the extent of their impact on endurance Special and the digital level of this event, due to its fast tactical method, the study aimed to prepare special exercises according to (the threshold of maximum and sub-maximal ability and the target time and to identify the impact of special exercises according to (the threshold of maximum and sub-maximal ability and the target time in special endurance and achievement). He ran (800) meters, as the research community was determined from the youth players of Al-Diwaniyah Governorate clubs (Afak - Nafar) in athletics in middle distance running at ages (18-19) years, and their number was (10) contestants for the sports season (2020-2021) and by the method Randomly, they were divided into two groups (experimental and control), with (5) contestants for each group, after the two groups were equalized in the study variables. For the first, second and third week and lowering it in the fourth week to be a phase of overcompensation, raising it in the fifth, sixth and seventh weeks and lowering it in the eighth week in preparation for the post-tests. Through the results, the researchers concluded that the exercises prepared according to The maximum capacity threshold and less than the maximum based on the target time had a direct effect on the specific endurance for the longest possible period, which led to the development of achievement
