Abstract
In this research, we shed light on the argumentative contexts in the texts of the theoretical shrines of Hadhrami. After we read these shrines, we found that the studies did not shed light on them, especially with regard to the pilgrims or the rhetoric of persuasion in the texts of the theoretical shrines. Therefore, we decided to study them argumentatively according to an analytical vision, highlighting the argumentative structures that Al-Hadhrami used it in his maqamat to build these pilgrimage images and contexts.
So our research came in three axes: the first of which was entitled (Definition of the theoretical shrines and their owner), and we talked about the author of the theoretical shrines, and the theoretical shrines and their different types, then the second axis came under the title (The Concept of the Pilgrims), and we talked about the concept of the pilgrims in general, and the axis was The third is entitled (Argumentative Texts in Theoretical Stations - An Analytical View
