Abstract
تعترض مسيرة الإنسان من أجل تحقيق أهدافه وإنجازاته صعوبات ومعوقات ربما تجعله يعتقد بأن هنالك عجز شبه دائم في قدراته يعمل على تمثله في سلوكه المستقبلي يسمى بالعجز المتعلم ، ولأن ما يؤطر النشاط العقلي للإنسان تلك الأساليب المعرفية التي يستخدمها الأفراد في معالجة المعلومات التي تصف نمطهم التقليدي في التفكير والإدراك وأساليب التصرف في المواقف المختلفة . ولأهمية هذين المتغيرين في حياة الفرد (الطالب)
