Geopolitical challenges of environmental pollution resulting from the developed industrial countries
Main Article Content
Abstract
Pollution in the developed industrial countries is one of the important topics that concern those interested in geopolitics and ecology. Pollution is taking over the concerns of states, governments and international organizations because of its direct dangers to man and his biosphere. The environment is a balanced system, and any breach of this balance leads to a clear deterioration in it. The pollution of the oceans, seas and rivers increased significantly after the Second World War as a result of industrial expansion and nuclear tests. As for air pollution with carbon monoxide, sulfur oxide, dust and other gases, it is increasing as a result of human uses and explorations.
