Synthesis and study the biological activity of Schiff base derivatives of1,3-Oxazepines

Abstract
شمل هذا البحث تحضير احدى قواعد (شيف بتكاثف ميتا - نتروبنزلديهايد مع سيمي کاربازايد هايدروكلورايد في البنزين الجاف . وجد ان قواعد شيف هذه تتفاعل بسهولة مع انهدريد الماليك ، انهدريدالفثاليك ، ٣- نتروفثاليك انهيدريد وانهدريد الساكسنيك لتعطي نظاما حلقيا سباعيا غير متجانس : ۱ و ۳ – اوكسازبين. وقد شخصت هذه المركبات من خلال تحليل العناصر الدقيق والقياسات الطيفية والفيزياوية . كما اظهرت بعض هذه المركبات فعالية الحيوية تجاه البكتريا المستخدمة بنوعيها بكتريا القولون (G) ، والعنقوديات الذهبية (GH) ، والزنجارية ) (G) .
