Abstract

The importance of higher education comes from being does not represent a fundamental rule of the country and the starting point for the proper application of the policy of the state educational policy in particular and development in general and as it represents a prerequisite for culture and advancement. And The importance of this research in higher education in spite of its importance, it suffers from a problem related to the level of efficiency of the service with regard to the geographical distribution of these educational services, as well as to the criteria for other efficiency-related (standard student / teaching) and standard (space), as well as other indicators.


You have reached your search a set of conclusions, including: the lack of regulation in the geographical distribution of universities in the city of Baghdad as concentrated most of the universities in specific areas of the city, while devoid other areas fully from this service, educational, as well as having a shortage of teaching staff at universities in the city Baghdad, especially in the Mustansiriya University and the University of Iraqi and community colleges, as well as what ails these universities (Baghdad) from the lack of textbooks and lack most of the halls of the means of modern education also show indicators of the questionnaire, which was distributed to university students in the city of Baghdad.
