The effect of soil inoculum levels of Trichoderma harzianum on germination of seeds and growth of pepper seedlings. And readiness and concentration of some of its nutrients in soil and plants
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of three levels (3, 6, and 12) g/kg soil of fungus inoculum.
Trichoderma harzianum (isolate T.26) in germination of seeds and growth of 5-year-old pepper seedlings
Weeks and their effect on the availability of Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe elements in the cultivation soil and the total content
for the above elements in shoots of seedlings.
The results showed that levels (3 and 6) of inoculum / kg of soil caused a significant increase in
Standards for seed germination and seedling growth (period required for germination, percentage of germination, plant height
Fresh weight of vegetative aggregate, Fresh weight of root aggregate, Dry weight of aggregate
