Abstract

In its history, Iraq was ruled by military men who differed in their ideas and aspirations. This is printed on
their internal politics. and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which in turn influenced all laws and decisions issued,
On the whole of life in Iraqi society, he ruled Iraq:


1. Abdul Karim Kassem; July 14, 1958-February 8, 1963.


2. The Arab Socialist Baath Party; 8 February 1963-18 November 1963.


3. Abdel Salam Aref; 18 November 1963-13 April 1966.


4. Abdul Rahman Aref; 14 April 1966 - 17 July 1968.


At this stage in Iraq's history, there were multiple violations of human rights
specific years in Mosul; Kirkuk in the summer of 1959; And after the February 8, 1963 coup.


All abuses were committed by authoritarian governments; or from groups
politician calling for freedom; and democracy.
