The role of educational counseling in the educational process (A field study for students of the University of Technology, Department of Building and Construction Engineering, first stage)

Abstract

Educational counseling represents one of the pillars of the educational process, and its role is summarized in correcting the educational process and overcoming the obstacles that hinder that process. The idea of ​​counseling depends on studying and taking into account the personality of the student, and creating adaptation to absorb the vocabulary of learning. Therefore, it starts from studying the personality of the student and then the impact of the educational process on this personality and how to acquire the required skills. This research came to study the effect of educational counseling on the students of the first stage in the Department of Building and Construction, and then evaluated it on the basis of the opinions and observations of the students later.
