If we agree “character” in this article represent ‘ideal seeds’ that can be raised in quality level, as HEGEL said, that explain tendency of individuals and communities to form societies ,political

Entities and religious institution , regardless the shape that it take and mission that it aims , the person find in this process of humanity vision to face variety of destiny that he live in venue and mind.

This doesn’t mean that individual cancel his personal entity because of   general one but means proper matching between both , between freedom and necessity , in order to gain the conditional society , and this matching in the principle value while differences become secondary or tributaries.

The research answer this idea , how to be implemented in practical base , and if this idea or vision stop this struggle between social classes through Palestinian subject , and if we inquire that Arab waiters in Palestinian novel are succeeded or failed
