Abstract
The Iraqi-Iranian relations are affected by some international powers represented by the United States of America, the European Union, the Russian Federation and China. Each of these powers has a specific foreign policy towards Iraq and Iran, and this policy is based on what is compatible with the interests of these powers, which makes these international changes have an impact on The nature of the Iraqi and Iranian relations, so the research dealt with the study of these international forces and the extent of their impact on the Iraqi-Iranian relations.
