Judgment of a person's contract with himself In Islamic jurisprudence

Abstract

This research deals with the ruling on a person contracting with himself in Islamic jurisprudence, which is that the contracting party is original from one party and a guardian or agent from the other party to the contract, or to be a guardian or agent at both parties to the contract, and some jurists permitted this type of contract in some cases of sale and marriage .
