In an effort to frame the editorial work within the academic quality standards, and based on a strategic vision that made the Journal of the Faculty of basic education a solid platform for educational and Humanitarian Scientific Research, the Journal witnessed during the period of assignment a remarkable institutional development represented by a set of qualitative measures that enhanced its credibility and contributed to expanding its academic presence locally and internationally. A.Dr. Zainab Fadel Ahmed Editor-in-chief of the Journal of the Faculty of basic education Achievements and initiatives achieved during the commissioning period : Obtaining the approval of the ministry in the book with the issue (BT 4/7576) on 14/9/2023 to issue the preparation of the journal by six issues instead of four issues and work on it from the same date due to the abundance of scientific and humanitarian research and the reluctance of researchers for this sober Journal. Issuing issues of (120) research papers-60 humanitarian research and the other scientific-in one issue because there is a time backlog from (2021-2023) and publishing all outstanding research and scientific forms from the expert side or the researcher hesitated in correcting the notes and returning them to view the publication. 3 - The Journal obtained the approval of the president of the University in the book number (5902) on 22/10/2023 to take the recommendation and urged teachers and graduate students ( Masters-PhD) to cite the published journal research to be an accredited source.the Journal went on to inform the researchers applying to publish their research and provide them with electronic links to prepare the journal to facilitate the subject of citation. 4-addressing the magazine to the ministry through the University / Department of scientific affairs in the book No. 21792 on 25/9/2023 about its desire to change its specialization to be a magazine specialized in humanities and Educational Sciences only in order to complete the magazine's entry to the world's sober absorptions. The full procedures have been completed, including the lifting of the name of the general supervisor and the formation of a humanitarian and educational specialization. This allowed the college to create a special journal within the scientific specialization of the scientific departments at the college. 5-the editorial board, after asking the ministry to address the number of the National House of books and documents to change (the international printing standard number of the magazine), which has remained since 1994, referring to the Teachers ' College Magazine, and unifying the standard number with the name of the college to be identical with the name of the College of basic education, so the magazine got a new filing number ( 2722/2024) and granted by the House of books and documents – Ministry of Culture, Tourism and antiquities at number 633 on 14/3/2025. 6 - work on the formation of an editorial committee for the work of the journal by the numbered administrative order and its independence from other committees for the sake of scientific sobriety, as well as the issuance of a seal for the editorial committee of the Journal of the Faculty of basic education to receive Research issued issues and supplement the annual conferences 7-the magazine stressed the importance of diversity of experts outside the faculty in scientific cross-fertilization between local and Arab universities and colleges and subjecting everyone to its standards, including graduate students (Master-PhD) with the procedures of receiving and evaluation by experts up to acceptance or rejection before public discussion. 8-The Journal dealt with the issue of scholarships with scientific provisions if each researcher's research is subjected to the procedures of scientific receipt and arbitration after paying the scientific fees and the researcher bears the validity of the issuance of his certificate and his claim for publication in accordance with the controls according to the memorandum submitted by him, bearing all scientific and administrative procedures in the future. 9-the presidency of the journal dealt with the issue of the validity of publications from the Iraqi Foreign Ministry and the central committees for scientific promotions during this period with provisions and seriousness and deter all attempts to challenge the scientific journal and its decisions and doubt the management of dealing with the acceptance of publication and scientific publication. 10-in the subject of calculating the certificate, publication in the Journal of the Faculty of basic education was limited to the book No. 3599 on 22/12/2024 studies and Planning Department/ presidency of al-Mustansiriya University for the sobriety of its preparation and accreditation in scientific promotions and the calculation of scholarships certificates by publishing researchers exclusively in their numbers with at least two papers. 11-the Journal of the Faculty of basic education received approval in the book of the Department of scientific affairs / presidency of Mustansiriya University No. 30892 on 7/11/2024 with the possibility of issuing a special issue for the day of the guest from the research of professors and graduate students specializing in Arabic language and literature, as the Arabic language is one of the specialties of the magazine approved for publication 11-the journal, with its scientific and administrative staff, held several educational workshops and educational seminars about its work and researchers submitted their research electronically under the title ( mechanism of communication with the Journal of the Faculty of basic education electronically) for all departments of the college and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division .. He explained the steps of submission and arbitration electronically within its publishing standards. A-on 21/11/2023, a general workshop for the Departments of the College on Ibn al-Nafis Hall B-workshops in the scientific and humanitarian departments in their own halls (Arabic language department - on 27/11/2023) –(sports department on 13/12/2024) (mathematics department - on 12/12/2023) (history and geography department on 6/12/2023) and (first grade teacher, kindergarten and special education department on 4/12/2023) 12-the magazine held a special workshop entitled (appropriation between information usefulness and scientific theft) on 12/3/2024 for the importance of the topic of appropriation.M.Dr. Zeinab Ali Hadi gave an important lecture and stressed the importance of distancing from cases of bullying and indicating the lapses and insults in which most researchers fall. 13-in order to achieve live cultural cross-pollination between ministries, government institutions and local theaters, the Journal of the Faculty of basic education at Mustansiriya University decided to hold its first exhibition under the title ( the book window of thought towards knowledge and creativity ) to support the publication of the book locally and provided the opportunity for university students to get acquainted with the publications of those houses and the works of professors and select scientific items to be their research and scientific tools daily ١٢ _ تشرين November ٢٠٢٤ and on the corridors of the Central Library inside the college . 14-the staff of the Journal of the Faculty of Basic Education participated in the festival of meeting brothers for diverse identities and crafts session (20) No. 489 on 28/11/2023, which is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and antiquities by holding a scientific cultural exhibition of the magazine and the preparation of the magazine published in its humanitarian and scientific sections on the corridors of the International station of the Iraqi Railway on Wednesday, 29/11/2023. 15-the presidency of the Journal of the College of Basic Education held a scientific visit to the Baghdad International Fair on 21/2/2024 in order to review the standards reached by publishing houses and to know the most important modern publications and achieve scientific communication with those printing houses. 16-the magazine, in cooperation with the professors of the Arabic language department and within the scientific activities, conducted a visit to the Tourism Authority / Baghdadi Museum-Mustansiriya school with students of the third and second stage (evening study) on Thursday 18/4/2024 in order to introduce students to the most important landmarks of the Arab heritage and contribute to the development of field culture, which is one of the important steps in the development of student culture and 17 - among the humanitarian and voluntary works that the magazine is unique in is its: A-the administrative staff of the Journal of the Faculty of basic education/ Mustansiriya University, whose names are listed below, donated table cookers No. 8 and a water cooler No. 1 to the complex of internal departments in the College on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, may God give us good and blessings in 2024. B-providing moral support and material assistance to Dar Al-Atta for the care of the elderly / Al-salikh scientific and administrative magazine staff on 23/1/2024. C-providing moral support and material assistance to the Al-Atta home for the elderly in the al-Rashad area in cooperation with the Iraq purification volunteer team by a group of professors, employees and students. On 14/11/2024. D-The Journal of the Faculty of basic education, together with a group of faculty professors, contributed to the rehabilitation of some college gardens as part of the endeavor to make the gardens of the Faculty of basic education more beautiful and more permanent in 2024. 18 - on the other hand, the editor-in-chief personally renewed the piece of publication instructions on the front of the journal to help researchers ( Arab-Iraqis) to know the controls and conditions necessary to submit scientific research in line with the journal . In addition to donating welcome pieces for professors and guests bearing the logo of the magazine and the college with a distinctive Scientific Interface. The developments witnessed by the Journal were not just administrative measures, but represented a structural shift in the philosophy of scientific publishing, aimed at enhancing research sobriety, and achieving vital interaction between the journal, researchers and educational institutions. We hope that these achievements will serve as a springboard to consolidate the magazine within the international levels, befitting the name of the Faculty of basic education and its scientific status.
