Abstract
The concept of vocational inclinations poses a great challenge to students, and they face difficulty in the selection process, due to the lack of information they have about the labor market, what it bears and what it needs each time.
Therefore, the current research aimed:
Identifying the effect of a counseling program based on Frank Parsons' theory on developing students' vocational inclinations Middle SchooI.
In order to achieve the objective of the research and its hypotheses, and to verify the hypotheses, the researcher used the experimental design with two groups, the experimental and the control, with two pre- and post-tests. For the current research, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations and proposals
