Abstract

    The aim of the current research is to find out... what is the effect of Zahorik's model on developing serious creativity thinking and teaching performance for art education teachers. In order to identify the effect of the Zahorik model, the researcher relied on the experimental approach, and on the one-group experimental design, with the application of a pre- and post-test. The first Karkh preparation and training, the researcher prepared three research tools, and the researcher verified the validity and stability of the research tools, by presenting them to a group of experts and arbitrators, so that the tools then became valid for application to the research sample. The duration of the application of the training course was (5) training days, Among the most important search results


- (There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the ranks of the trainees' scores on the serious creativity thinking scale between the post-test) where the effect size of the experimental group was (3,297) for the serious creativity thinking scale, which represents a very good indicator.


- (There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the ranks of the trainees' scores on the cognitive test items between the post-test) where the effect size of the experimental group was (3,304) in the cognitive test, which represents a very good indicator.


- (There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the ranks of the trainees' scores in the skill performance between the post-test) The effect size of the experimental group was (3,297) in the skill test, which represents a very good indicator.
