Abstract

Identifying the presence of traffic awareness among kindergarten children

To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher selected the research community from kindergarten children in the Al-Najaf Governorate. A traffic awareness test was constructed, consisting of (21) items distributed over three areas (road, vehicle, traffic signs), and (21) images were chosen that represented Traffic awareness. The answer to each of its paragraphs was with two alternatives (true, false). The weights of the alternatives were also determined (0, 1). The researcher adapted paragraphs for the test of honesty and reliability. The final version of the test was created and applied to the basic sample consisting of (300) male and female children. After processing the data statistically, the researcher concluded the following:
