Al-istehsan and what it is based on in the principles of jurisprudence

Abstract
The research highlights that Al-estehsan is not an independent evidence, but rather a hidden measurement or an exception from a general rule in observance of the interest, including facilitating people, so the basis for Al-estehsan is to raise embarrassment and refrain from evidence to another evidence that is in line with facilitation and leaving hardness to ease, which is the origin of religion
