Abstract

    The research aims to show the contribution of geography teachers and their teachers in instilling social values ​​among middle school students, and the problem of the current research is the feeling that the emerging generations with the expansion of technology in education and the multiplicity of Internet sources (different social networking sites) have become less interested in practicing and preserving social and environmental values, from Through their negative behaviors and behavioral manifestations, and teachers are one of the most important educational tools in instilling social and environmental values ​​among their students, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach to achieve the goal of his research. A major role in building human behavior and an important role in building society and making several recommendations, including the need to focus on the value goals when teaching that can be achieved by instilling those values, but this does not mean neglecting other aspects (knowledge and skill) and developing several proposals, including evaluating geographic teachers’ preparation programs in order to Determine the extent of its contribution to instilling values ​​among student teachers.
