Abstract

The Effect of Using the "Inside and Outside the Circle" Strategy on Eighth-Grade Female Students and Their Inclination Towards Social Studies.

In this study, the researchers employed an experimental methodology, relying on a two-group experimental design (experimental group and control group). The study population consisted of eighth-grade female students in the Directorate of Education in Benaslawa for the academic year (2024-2025). The main sample of the study included (46) female students, who were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group, which studied using the "Inside and Outside the Circle" strategy (23) students, and the control group, which studied using the regular learning strategy (23) students.

The researcher prepared (14) teaching plans: (14) plans for the experimental group using the "Inside and Outside the Circle" strategy, and (14) plans for the control group using the regular learning strategy. The experiment lasted for (7) weeks during the first semester of the academic year (2024-2025).

After applying the research tools, collecting and analyzing data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program, the researchers reached the following results:

  1. The experimental group outperformed the control group in increasing students' inclination towards social studies.

  2. The use of the "Inside and Outside the Circle" strategy has a positive effect on increasing and raising the eighth-grade female students' inclination towards social studies.
