Abstract
Competencies are defined as the skills and knowledge acquired by the teacher that become part of his or her behavior, contributing to the development of his or her skills and abilities to achieve the Ministry of Education's objectives, which positively impact students' academic level and increase their intellectual and creative scientific experiences. Competencies are considered “a tool that enables the individual to think effectively about various activities, and represents a solid foundation that can be applied and used to understand surrounding phenomena.”

Competencies center on an individual's ability to effectively achieve specific results, with an emphasis on optimal use of time, effort, and expenditure. They also focus on building the individual through participation in seminars and courses held to develop students' thinking in accordance with modern-day requirements. With regard to sustainable development, it is a modern concept that emphasizes the comprehensive upbringing and education of students.This relied on developing comprehensive thinking and experience, not just knowledge, while preserving heritage within the global community. Education in this context contributed to preparing progressive students for advancement and success in academic life at the global level.
