Abstract

The relationship between the correlation between Emotional adjustment and moral upgrading of kindergarten teachers .


    In order to verify these objectives, a randomly selected sample of (300) mentors was selected from Baghdad and Al-Rusafa Education Directorate for the academic year (2018-2019).The researcher has prepared the measure of Emotional feedback, which consists of (50) paragraphs as final, and the measure of moral upgrading which consists of (40) paragraph as final, and each of the five criteria for the answer (fully applicable, often apply , (5,4,3,2,1). The parameters of the measurements were analyzed logically and statistically to calculate their Discriminating capacity and their validity coefficients in two ways : Re-testing ( internal consistency ) and the method of vacrobench, After processing the date statistically, the researchers reached the results of the research ,namely, the enjoyment of kindergartens teachers emotional and moral lift and light of the results recommended the researchers a set of recommendations and proposals commensurate with the research .
