Abstract

Agricultural investment is one of the most important means of effective economic development because it is the most important means to provide food for the country. Islam has emphasized the urging of agriculture and the investment of the land in the texts of the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah. Agricultural jurisprudence was one of the most valuable and important branches of jurisprudence in building the state and developing its economy, and that dealt with investing in agricultural areas and reclaiming favorable lands and reviving them because they are one of the important sources of production.
