Abstract

The study aimed to identify the 'reality of e-learning in the light of the management of knowledge from the point of view of the faculty members in the department of education of Tuz'


To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was established from (36) poverty, divided into four areas, the sample of the study consisted of (47 teachers and 58 teachers) selected in the random way for the year (2020-2021), and after collecting and analyzing the data using descriptive methods, conducting a triangular contrast analysis, and testing chevy, the results indicated that the reality of e-learning related to teachers came first, followed by the reality of management, and then the reality of infrastructure and basic equipment, The reality of students came in last place. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences attributable to gender in the field of reality related to infrastructure and basic equipment in favour of males, as well as statistically significant differences attributable to the scientific qualification in the field of reality related to students in favour of bachelor (education), while there were no statistically significant differences due to the impact of training courses in all areas, and recommended the researcher to update the training courses provided by the Ministry of Education in Iraq, and to improve the infrastructure and its technical and technological tremors in schools
