Abstract

The study aims to identify the effect of the proposed aerobic exercise on the rates of milk production and its components among married women athletes, and other than athletes, and on the differences between the milk production ratios and its components among married women athletes and non-athletes. The researcher assumed the proposed aerobic exercise to affect differently the milk production and its components Married women, both athletes and non-athletes. Abundant influence also on the rates of milk production and its ingredients among matured married women? Through this researcher used the experimental approach with two groups, they are the first experimental group who are married athletes women and the second experimental group who are married women other than athletes and taking the tribal and dimensional measurements for both of them and the research sample was (18) women number (9) women married athletes and number (9) women who are not Athletes The most important results were that there were statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the first experimental group, which is athletes and in favor of telemetry. This indicates the effect of the proposed aerobic exercises. Also, there are differences between the pre and post of the second experimental in favor of the post, which indicates the effect of the proposed aerobic exercise, but there is a variation in the effect As women had greater athletes than non-athletes, and the most important conclusions were that medium-intensity aerobic exercises have an effect on milk production ratios and components for married women, both athletes and non-athletes, there is a clear effect of the proposed aerobic exercises on milk production ratios and its components among athletes women more than women Other than math. This gives a clear impression of the role of physical exertion practiced and persevered in it, and its positive role as an auxiliary factor in the percentage of milk production and its components by raising the efficiency of the functional systems and improving the work of the milk production system for women in athletes. The most important recommendations were the application of the proposed aerobic exercises in the rates of milk production and its components for athletes women. And change math because of its effective impact, raising awareness of the importance of sport before and after pregnancy with moderate intensity for the benefit accruing to her and her child, preparing other sports awareness and counseling programs for new mothers and fathers on the importance of exercising and deepening its health, psychological and social benefits, whether on the child, the mother or the family, increasing Attention to the role of the media in the process of raising awareness of the importance of postpartum sporting activity for the period and the effects of this on breast milk and its components and its role in improving the health of the child and mother and protecting them from many diseases.
