Building a measure of the quality of performance of school sports activity members in Iraq from the point of view of the specialized supervisors

Abstract

The problem of the current research lies in answering the following questions:

Is it possible to provide a tool through which to build a measure of the quality of performance of school sports activity in Iraq?

- What is the level of quality performance of school sports activity in Iraq from the point of view of the specialized supervisors?

The study aims to:

Building a performance quality measure for school sports activity affiliates in Iraq from the point of view of the specialized supervisors.

Establishing standard levels and grades for school sports activity members in Iraq from the point of view of the specialized supervisors.

The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method, and identified the research community with supervisors specializing in physical education from the specialized supervision departments in the general directorates of education in the Iraqi governorates, which numbered (143) supervisors specializing in physical education, and the community was divided into a building sample and an application sample, and the researchers built the scale based on The stages of building the scale in a scientific manner, dividing the scale into axes and each axis includes a set of paragraphs related to the axis and serving the objective of the scales, and the raw data that the researchers processed statistically were obtained using the statistical package (spss. 24) according to the requirements of the results and serving the objectives of the study.

In their study, the researchers reached a number of results, the most important of which are:

1- The researchers reached a measure of the quality of performance of school sports activity in Iraq from the point of view of the specialized supervisors.

2- Standard levels and grades have been set to measure the quality of school sports activity performance in Iraq from the point of view of the specialized supervisors.
