Abstract

Within the presented research and its importance: The changes taking place in matches and the requirements of tactical development in play are based on the change in the sports field. Through the researchers’ work in the field of physical education and sports sciences in general, sports training in particular, and experiences as teachers in physical education, they noticed shortcomings and weaknesses in Training Al-Tadamon Club players / Najaf Al-Ashraf, in transitional speed and kinetic speed, as well as in the basketball game for the skill of shooting (peaceful shooting, free shooting, shooting from jumping). In preparing individual tactical exercises for the player and applying them physically and technically according to scientific foundations during the preparation stages and during matches with the aim of developing transitional speed, kinetic speed and shooting skill in basketball and raising the physical, tactical and skill level.
