Abstract

Sports training is one of the important sciences and the basis on which the training process in the field of physical education is based, and its role in the player’s acquisition of motor skills and control of motor performance, and this results by making changes in motor behavior resulting from the training process and then the player can develop a lot of motor patterns The basic foundation, which is a basic rule in the acquisition and mastery of sports skills, which requires a series of changes and practices organized according to training methods and tools so that the player can acquire and master skills and develop them and be able to perform them smoothly and with high accuracy while saving effort                                   The two researchers believe that the use of training aids is of great importance in order to determine the extent of the current players’ ability and to identify the physiological variables and to develop some skill of crushing hitting with volleyball, through the fact that the two researchers are teachers in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and their presence in the training process. The female volleyball team players suffer from difficulty in performing the skill of crushing because it is one of the difficult and complex skills. Therefore, the two researchers prepared a training curriculum using aids for the skill of hitting the volleyball for the female students. And to identify the effect of the training curriculum using the aids on some physiological variables and developing the skill of hitting the crushing volleyball for the students.

The two researchers used the experimental method, and the research community is the university’s volleyball team players in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / College of Education for Girls / University of Kufa for the academic year 2018-2019, numbering 12 players, after obtaining the results, they were statistically processed. The training using the auxiliary means contributed to the development of the physiological capabilities investigated and the skill of hitting the crushing ball in volleyball for the players.
