Abstract

The research aims at preparing a training curriculum with Pilates exercises to suit the research sample. And to recognize the effect of Pilates exercises in some special physical abilities and crushing beating skill. And to identify the most important differences between the tribal and remote tests of the research group. The researcher used the experimental method. The sample of the research was chosen for the players of the Karkh volleyball team. The number of female players is 10 females and the intention is between 14 and 17 years. The researcher applied the training curriculum prepared for 10 weeks by (30) training units. After completing the results, the results were processed statistically. The researcher obtained the following main conclusions: Pilates exercises that were used in the teaching curriculum and have a positive effect in the development of some physical abilities Of the skill of beating overwhelmingly leading to the development of overwhelming beating. The most important recommendations are: Use Pilates exercises as a system to develop all elements and components of fitness and all sports teams. And the need to do other research to find out the impact of Pilates exercises in motor abilities and the rest of sports, whether individual or individual
