Abstract

The aim of the current research: to identify the prevailing organizational climate at the University of Karbala from the point of view of teachers, the sample members reached (200) teachers
The researcher built his research tool, which is the organizational climate questionnaire, which organized (80) items distributed into six areas: (administrative leadership, human relations, communication methods, performance evaluation, work technology, and affiliation).
The validity of the performance was verified by presenting it to a committee of arbitrators, numbering (10) arbitrators, to judge its validity in measuring what it was designed to measure.
The stability of the research tools was calculated using the two re-test methods (and Cronbach's alpha) on a sample of (50) teachers.
The researcher used the Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha equation.
