Abstract
The study aimed to design a training device using weights in training to strengthen the push and pull force to develop the player's accuracy in aiming at the target, and the researchers used the training methodology for its suitability to the nature of the problem. The experimental group worked on the training device in addition to the training set in the curriculum, while the control group worked according to the method used without using the training device. week, and after processing the results statistically using the statistical bag (spss)
